    Patna the Bihar State Capital also need to do serious dialogue on culture and social issues. Presently state government is in process to prepare Youth Policy and introduced Cultural Policy; but there is no voice from any sector to check out the draft. We need to take some action.

    "... and to engage particularly with young adults from the urban middle class..." THAT is the weaknesss in Indian's economic scale of reasoning that one should wish to engage with those who are clearly advantaged but might not neccessarily have the mental content, drive or hunger to make that true difference culturally. It seems almost the glistening dewdrop that sits mirroring the world on a thorn that we reason as wishing to improve human rights.
